Let Norte haul the tree away!
After Christmas, skip the hassle of disposing of your Christmas Tree. Instead, have Norte Youth Cycling pick it up and deliver it to Traverse City's recycling drop-off site — all by bike!
How it Works
• Details — Fill out the donation form below and provide the critical information like email, phone number, and address. Also, include a specific location (i.e., front porch, side of the house) where our ambassadors will find the tree and the trash collectors won't!
• Choose your Week — week one (December 28–December 31) or week two (January 4–7)*. We will contact you with an exact date when our schedule for your neighborhood is complete.
• Donate — Choose the amount to contribute (minimum $25). All proceeds support Norte's Youth Bike programs and initiatives. We service all homes within Traverse City proper, but please keep in mind the extra effort it takes to pick up trees at the top of Wayne Hill and Upper SoFo (19th Street area).
*Currently only week two slots availble.

Once our pick-up schedule is complete, we will inform you when a Norte ambassador will pedal for your Christmas tree. Email questions to abby@norteyouthcycling.org. You can also email Abby if you’re interested in volunteering to pick up trees with Norte’s bike and Big Orange, our eight-foot bike trailer.
